From Crisis To Better Times

During the economic crisis of 2008, our company found many of our Brokerage clients completely upside down in their mortgages. They owed more than their home was worth. Many lost jobs, and were faced with the task of relocating to another state to find employment. Many were emotionally drained, and just stuck. Some were even faced with the possibility of bankruptcy. Our clients needed help. It was during this time our Property Management Group was formed. From the very beginning, we approached our property management services as a helping hand for our clients. As a trusted resource, we were able to provide new services to clients which gave them additional time and income to pay down their mortgages. With a sense of urgency, we formed the Property Management Group with only a hand full of clients, many of which are still with us today. For now the crisis has passed, but our mission is the same. It was never about size or sales, it is about helping our clients achieve their goals. It is about serving our clients with integrity, while providing superior customer service. Our team uses state of the art online software property management systems. Mark Warren

Mark Warren

Broker / Owner / Property Manager

Mark is the owner and the Responsible Broker of the company. He oversees operations, and ensures all departments are maintaining a high level of efficiency. Prior to real estate, Mark attended Mississippi State University, spent six years on active and reserve duty in the USMC, and had a 24 year career in manufacturing. After selling his manufacturing company, he spent two years as a consultant. In 2002 he and two partners opened ERA Real Estate Professionals in Ridgeland. Later that year he opened Mark Warren Real Estate. In 2016, his companies reached the milestone of closing over three quarters of a billion dollars in transactions since opening their doors. He has served in various positions at the state and local level for the Mississippi and Jackson Association of Realtors®.

Administration / Owner

Kathy’s responsibilities includes property owner and tenant communications and overseeing property management repairs. Kathy has 14 years experience in the real estate industry and works closely with administrative and our clients to assist them with their needs.
