During the economic crisis of 2008, our company found many of our Brokerage clients completely upside down in their mortgages. They owed more than their home was worth. Many lost jobs, and were faced with the task of relocating to another state to find employment. Many were emotionally drained, and just stuck. Some were even faced with the possibility of bankruptcy. Our clients needed help. It was during this time our Property Management Group was formed. From the very beginning, we approached our property management services as a helping hand for our clients. As a trusted resource, we were able to provide new services to clients which gave them additional time and income to pay down their mortgages. With a sense of urgency, we formed the Property Management Group with only a hand full of clients, many of which are still with us today. For now the crisis has passed, but our mission is the same.
